Have you ever wished there was a person you could ask about specific products or stores? Someone who wasn't trying to sell you something, or being paid by a company to mention their brand? Well my dear, you've found her.

Having been a consummate shopper since, well, birth, I've discovered over the years that many people ask my advice about what to buy and where to shop. For example: "Now that I'm over thirty-something, I break out and have dry patches at the same time. Have you found something you like?" Indeed, I have. Or, " Where do you find cool curtains?" It depends, there are several options.

I have been sharing this information with friends and family for years. I guess I just decided to make it official. I will list my picks in various categories each month, and answer any questions you may pose to the best of my ability.

It sounds fun, and it may allow me to write off a few of the many purchases I make.
